Here, we focus on the molecular mechanism of tumor development, especially on breast and ovarian cancers. We strive to understand fundamental laws of tumorigenesis and metastasis, and to decipher the systematic regulation and key hubs during these processes. We also work toward applying insights learned from basic research to translational medicine for cancer therapy. Three branches are currently ongoing in our lab:

 

Regulatory network of proliferation and migration of cancer cells;

Chemotherapy mechanism of PARP inhibitor on different types of tumors; 

Proteomics of tumor tissues in vivo.
